Country Lane Wholesale Nursery is located in Franktown, Colorado, 20 miles southeast of Denver. Established in 1984 and occupying 20 acres, Country Lane is a full service wholesale nursery with over 30 employees. The property contains 40,000 square feet of heated greenhouse space, and an additional 30,000 square feet of covered, unheated growing space. Over 450 varieties of herbaceous perennials are offered; many are produced from seed, cuttings, or division.

Perennials are available in 0.25L (2.25"), 1.07L (4"), and 2.3L (#1) container sizes, with some varieties, including grasses, also available in 6.5L (#2), and 13.5L (#5) containers.

In addition, over 350 varieties of woody shrubs are offered and available in 0.25L (2.25"), 2.3L (#1), and 13.5L (#5) containers, with some, including various trees and specialty evergreens, also available in larger sizes. This extensive palette of plants is tailored primarily to the needs of the Front Range area and includes many Colorado natives and xeric species.

Since 1984 Country Lane has grown and evolved from a nursery offering only 230 varieties of perennials and 140 varieties of shrubs, to now listing over 450 varieties of perennials and 240 varieties of shrubs. Also greatly expanded are the grasses offered, from 1 in 1984 to over 32 now. Along the same expansion are the roses offered, from 5 varieties in 1984 to more than 70 now. Country Lane strives to meet the demand of the changing landscape needs in the Colorado market and surrounding Rocky Mountain States.

Country Lane Wholesale Nursery is also a member of the following nursery associations: CNGA, Perennial Plant Association and ANLA. We support and participate in these organizations in an effort to stay current in the ever changing horticultural industry.
